Where we ship and what it costs

We ship online orders within the United States. Standard shipping is $6. Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Your eligible shipping options and final charge are shown at checkout.

Processing your order

Please allow 4–7 business days to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. For coffee orders, this includes roasting, allowing the coffee to degas, and packaging it for shipment.

Delivery estimates

Standard and free shipping have an estimated carrier transit time of 3–4 business days after handoff. Processing time is separate from transit time. Our displayed delivery estimates allow 7 business days for processing plus 3–4 business days in transit: approximately 10–11 business days in total. Orders may arrive sooner when processing is completed earlier.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; holidays, carrier delays, and the destination can affect arrival.

Tracking your order

Your shipping notification includes your order link and tracking details when available. A shipping label can be created before the carrier receives your parcel. Tracking may show “label created” until the first carrier scan; it does not mean the parcel is already in transit.
