Hidden Grounds was founded with the goal of creating memorable experiences that go beyond the ordinary. Our South Asian founders are dedicated to offering a unique and enjoyable atmosphere where people can come together and make meaningful connections over coffee and chai.

Since opening its first location in New Jersey in 2013, Hidden Grounds has grown to include eight locations across New Brunswick, Jersey City, Hoboken, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Each café is located in a hidden gem of a neighborhood and is known for its lively atmosphere, delicious pastries, generous portions, and wide selection of coffee and chai options.

Hidden Grounds was built by the tremendous staff who have contributed greatly to what it is today. We believe that life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and our hope is, and always will be, that Hidden Grounds can be a place where all people create memories that will last a lifetime.
